When there is less water in the body, there is a drop of blood volume amount which increases the work of the heart to pump oxygenated blood.  Drinking adequate amount of water can help your body function better and reduce fatigue.

HOW MUCH WATER TO INTAKE?

At an average, we should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water that includes fluids such as tea, soup, buttermilk. It would amount to an intake of around 2.5 to 3 litres of fluids every day.
