Summer Health Tips! Summer brings with it warmer and lazier days. We give you the following tips to boost your Health in the Summer:

Eat More Fruits

Eat a lot of fruits in the Summer. Fruits will provide you with antioxidants that may prevent tissue damage and reduce the risk of age related illness

Green Tea instead of Regular Tea

Green tea has ayurvedic components that promote weight loss, decrease your blood pressure and clean your skin. Make sure to brew the tea yourself to enjoy the aroma and flavour to the fullest

Don’t skip Breakfast

Your body is an Engine and Breakfast is an important fuel to decrease the maintenance costs of the engine. Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast consisting of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the morning

Snacks at Work

Hydrate Often

Salads at dinner are known to provide you a much more composed sleep and help you feel energized for the next day. Salads should include protein, carbohydrates and fats for a balanced meal.

Vacation Diet

Eat healthy at a vacation. You would want to remain active on your vacation; therefore, restraint from indulgence in oily, especially fried foods.
