In velvet cakes, dyes are used for giving different colors to the cake. These dyes can cause digestion related problems in the body that can result in multiple allergies.

People must be very careful while eating cakes, especially those diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. It is not only the sugar present in cakes that can be problematic but also the oil and butter used in cakes that can lead to multiple health problems.
