Vitamin D: Simple Solution to many Health Problems

Over a billion people in the world are Vitamin D (Vit D) deficient. The primary reason for Vit D deficiency is a lack of sunlight. The most affected due to Vit D deficiency are white collar workers. Although Vit D is extremely important, it is an often-ignored Vitamin that plays a major role in overall health of the body.

Vit D is a fat-soluble Vitamin in a group of compounds that includes Vitamin D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5, but the body uses only D-2 and D-3. Vitamin D is also known as Sunshine Vitamin. The Body produces Vit D naturally through exposure to sunlight.
