Curd is a product made by clotting milk with edible acids such as lemon juice or vinegar. Frozen Yogurt is a product formed by bacterial fermentation of milk using yogurt cultures.

Frozen Yogurt contains excess saturated fats, lesser calcium, and lesser magnesium compared to curd. A single cup of Frozen Yogurt adds up belly fat quickly.
