Did you know nearly two third of our body weight is made up of water. We need water to turn the food we eat into the fuel necessary for a living body. At an average, we should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water that includes fluids such as tea, soup, buttermilk. It would amount to an intake of around 2.5 to 3 liters of fluids every day.
